Helping prepare young people for independent life
Helping prepare young people for independent life

The Youth Booth projects

Our Youth Projects allow young people a safe environment in which to learn, socialise and get the support they need to excel.

During a typical session, young people will get the chance to play games, learn life skills in an informal and fun way, socialise with friends and have the chance to voice their concerns.

Membership Form Download
Each member must fill in a membership form before entering - this is to keep you (or your young person) safe. You can download the Membership form below or we can give you one on the night.

Click here to download our membership forms - the main form is required to be filled in by yourself (young person) before attending. There is also two separate forms attached - a getting to know you questionnaire which is optional and a permission form for parents/guardians to fill in.

You may fill the first form in and email it back to us - however we will print it out and you'd be required to sign it before entering for the first time.

Important information:

Open Door Policy (Applies to 11+ only) - Please be aware that our young people are free to leave the session and return when they would like to - i.e. to visit the shops. Whilst we prefer young people to stay with us during the session times, it is not our role to stop them from leaving the building. Please discuss this with your young person and ensure they are aware of your preferences.
